Incorporation of a Spanish company

The incorporation process for a Limited Liability Company has been significantly simplified due to the implementation of an electronic system, which has drastically reduced costs. This system consists of creating Attendant Points and an electronic system operated by the Business Information and Network Creation Centre (“CIRCE”) through an Electronic Document (“DUE”).
